TSA Headquarters: Coast and Harbor has just completed managing the $128 million interior fit-out of the new US Transportation Safety Administration headquarters in Springfield, Virginia. This 623,000SF building was developed by Boston Properties and leased to the US General Services Administration for the new TSA headquarters. The lease provided for Boston Properties to design and build the core and shell of the building and then to complete the interior fit-out under the terms of the lease with GSA. Coast and Harbor managed the complete interior fit-out of the building, including programming, design, construction, and occupancy.
