PRIM Contract

In December, Coast and Harbor was selected to provide due diligence services to the Massachusetts Pension Reserve Investment Board (PRIM). These services include preparing Property Condition Assessments and providing Project Monitoring Services. The Property Condition Assessments will be performed in connection with any projects in which PRIM is considering financing an existing building. The Project Monitoring Services will be used by PRIM in connection with projects involving new construction or significant modernization. The services include reviewing the design documents before the start of construction and once construction starts visiting the site, reviewing the developer’s or contractor’s draw, and submitting monthly report.
