Coast and Harbor is providing construction management services to the US Coast Guard in connection with a new $22 million building at Fort Macon in Atlantic Beach, North Carolina.
Project Highlights
The scope of the work includes:
- Construction of a 29,145 Gross Square Feet (GSF) multi-mission building (MMB)
- Demolition and disposal of existing facilities, site work, and utilities.
- The building subsystems include mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, power, lighting, telecommunications, fire detection and alarm, water, storm drainage and sanitary sewer services.
Coast and Harbor’s services include quality assurance, schedule review, change order evaluation, and cost tracking.
