Chase Hall Barracks
The Project consists of the following types of renovations within Annex C of the Chase Hall Barracks at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.

- New fire detection/alarm system and Mass Notification System (MNS)
- Installation/replacement of a fire protection sprinkler system
- Communication systems modernization
- Electrical systems modernization
- Interior finishes repairs and modernization
- Abatement of asbestos containing building material
- Encapsulation/disposal of Lead Based Paint (LBP)
- Toilet/shower spaces fire protection/alarm systems
- Replacement of existing elevator.
Coast and Harbor’s services include quality assurance, schedule review, change order evaluation, and cost tracking.
