CHA holds a multi-year Master Price Agreement to provide Owner’s Representative Services Architectural/Engineering and/or Construction Projects for Rhode Island State Agencies. Under this agreement, CHA provides services based on specific task orders issued from the State Agencies.
Project Highlights
Under an MPA 430 task order, Coast and Harbor is currently providing oversight and coordination on multiple design and construction projects that fall under the supervision of the Department of Administration, Capital Projects and Property Management Division.
- Sample projects include:
- New garage/storage Building at the Rhode Island School for the Deaf, construction oversight
- Demolition of Buildings 79, 80 and Varley at the Pastore Government Center, demolition oversight
- Phase II parking and road improvements at the Pastore Government Center, construction oversight
- Rehabilitation of physician cottages at the Pastore Government Center, construction oversight
- Cranston Street Armory exterior repairs in Providence, Rhode Island, construction oversight
- Mathias Building improvements at the Pastore Government Center, construction oversight
- HVAC and site modifications at Rhode Island Department of Information Technology, construction oversight
- Roof replacement and repairs at Buildings 1 and 2, Rhode Island State Police, construction oversight
- Eisenhower House renovations in Newport, Rhode Island, design and construction oversight
- Harrington Hall renovations at the Pastore Government Center, design and construction oversight.
