Education Building Projects

Coast and Harbor managed a group of ten projects with values ranging from $50,000 to $4.5 million. Services included working with Northeastern to program the projects, procure designers, mange the design process, procure contractors, manage construction, and coordinate contract closeout and occupancy. This process included working with the Northeastern Facilities Department and user departments.

Coast and Harbor is now again managing projects for Northeastern. There are two Coast and Harbor Project Managers at Northeastern, each of whom is responsible for approximately ten projects. They are working with Northeastern to program the projects, procure designers, mange the design process, procure contractors, manage construction, and coordinate contract closeout and occupancy. Their projects range in value from $50,000 to $4.5 million.
