Massachusetts Maritime Waterfront Protection Project
Coast and Harbor provided consulting, estimating and plan review services to assist with the marine dock improvements/waterfront protection project at Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
Project Highlights
CHA services include:
- Providing general requirements for planning, budgeting, and environmental related tasks associated with dredging;
- Providing a chronological list of regulatory approvals and obtained and required with timeframes
- Providing review and assistance with permitting
- Conducting design review and provide value engineering recommendations
- Evaluating current construction schedule and participate in reconciliation with the MSCBA and its engineer as required
- Attending weekly progress meetings (and other meetings as necessary) at Mass Maritime
