Coast and Harbor is the construction manager for the new $25 million, LEED Gold-Projected, 20,000 sq. ft. land port of entry in Derby Line, Vermont. This project involves multiple uses inside the building and sophisticated MEP and security systems.
Project Highlights
This new land port of entry is designed to replace the border station that currently exists on the site. The new Land Port of Entry is being constructed on the site of the existing port. The project is being built in two phases so that the port can remain fully operational throughout the replacement project. The 20,000 sq. ft. land port of entry is designed on 23 acres to process non-commercial and commercial traffic between the United States and Canada.
