Coast and Harbor provided construction inspection services for the $3.4 million energy retrofits at the James Cleveland Federal Building and Warren Rudman Federal Courthouse in Concord, New Hampshire.
Project Highlights
Retrofits implemented by this project, which received gold LEED certification, included:
- Integration and centralization of building automation systems
- High efficiency upgrades to lighting
- Water system upgrades including low-water-use plumbing fixtures and rainwater-collection systems
- Electrical upgrades
- Photovoltaic systems
- Green roof
- Electric-vehicle charging stations.
This work was performed while the building remained fully occupied.
