Edward Brooke Courthouse
CHA, as a sub-consultant to Tishman Construction Company, provided resident engineering services for construction of this new $100 million, 425,000 sq. ft, 7-story courthouse.
Project Highlights
This courthouse is located in downtown Boston has a five story atrium under a glass skylight, 18 courtrooms and 24 judges’ lobbies. More than 600 employees work in the courthouse, which houses the Boston Juvenile Court, Boston Housing Court, Land Court, Suffolk Probate and Family Court and the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds.
