Coast and Harbor was prequalified by the MSBA to provide owner’s project management services to school districts participating in the MSBA’s Accelerated Repair Program.
Project Highlights
This project included replacement of the roof. The new roof not only met Stretch Code requirements but provides a water run-off system, roof access, and removal of roof monitors which are no longer needed to decrease the number of potential leaks.
