Education Building Projects

Coast and Harbor managed a group of four projects ranging in value from $100,000 to $1 million. Services included working with Bryant to manage the design and construction of these projects. This process included working with the Bryant Facilities Department and user departments.

Coast and Harbor was retained to review Bryant’s standard design and construction documents and to make recommendations. Coast and Harbor produced a detailed memorandum offering recommendations on each of the contract documents, many of which were accepted by Bryant.
