Coast and Harbor provided project management services for the Yawkey Building project at Boston Medical Center.
Project Highlights
The Boston Medical Center renovated 22,000 sg. ft. of existing medical space on three floors of the Yawkey building. The project consisted of a complete new build-out of the Obstetrical Unit, Nursery, and NICU, along with relocation of the existing cafeteria and the replacement of exterior windows on all three floors spanning Massachusetts Avenue. Coast and Harbor provided assistance to the Boston Medical Center in expediting a complicated and sensitive closeout process.
