Program Management for the City of Providence
Coast and Harbor provided Program Management Services to the City of Providence, Rhode Island in connection with the City’s $75 million Capital Improvement Program. The Program includes over 125 projects by the City’s Schools, Public Buildings, Parks, and Public Works Departments. Services include tracking budget, schedule, and status of each project; keeping senior City leaders updated on the status of the Program and specific projects of interest to City officials. CHA also provides advice on procurement and issues related to execution of individual projects. Coast and Harbor provided on-site quality assurance for the construction stage of the key projects.

- Sample projects for the Fiscal Year of 2018 and 2019 include:
- Roads- citywide (maintenance, repair, resurfacing)
- Sidewalks- citywide (Maintenance repair, replacement)
- City Hall fire alarm upgrades
- City Hall elevator upgrades
- Prospect Terrace Renovations
