Coast and Harbor Associates performed project monitoring services on the HUB 25 apartment project in Boston, Massachusetts. This $85 million project involved the design and construction of 278 apartments in two buildings. On that project, Coast and Harbor represented the equity investor, which was a private family. Coast and Harbor’s services included:
- Two rounds of design review with detailed reports, leading to significant savings for the project; and
- On-call construction phase services.
