Project Highlights

This project for the City of Lowell, Massachusetts, included providing oversight of twenty-eight (28) Energy Conservation Measures with a total value of $21.1 million. These projects were designed and built by the city’s Energy Services Company and paid for by energy savings guaranteed by the Energy Services Company.
