Coast and Harbor provided construction inspection services for the $3.4 million energy retrofits at the James Cleveland Federal Building and Warren Rudman Federal Courthouse in Concord, New Hampshire.

Project Highlights
Retrofits implemented by this project, received LEED Gold certification, included:
- Integration and centralization of building automation systems
- High efficiency upgrades to lighting
- Water system upgrades including low-water-use plumbing fixtures and rainwater-collection systems
- Electrical upgrades
- Photovoltaic systems
- Green roof
- Electric-vehicle charging stations.
This work was performed while the building remained occupied.
