Project Highlights

CHA provided complete pre-construction services for this complicated project. The project is located on an active college campus setting and will require coordination and phasing of all work so as not to disturb existing operations.

This is a two-phase project. Phase 1 is the construction of a new southeast addition (approximately 65,000 sq ft.) that consists of science labs and office space. Phase 2 is the abatement and demolition of the existing Bronfman building (approximately 85,000 sq. ft.) and construction of a new building with labs and office/classroom space. The project is using the Construction Manager at Risk project delivery method and involves the use of BIM6.
