CHA (as a sub-consultant to Ryegate, Inc) provided construction management services on this new $100 million, LEED-certified 280,000 sq. ft. high school in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
Project Highlights
This project included design review, estimating, permitting, pre-qualification of contractors and subcontractors, and onsite construction management services. The new high school, which was constructed in one phase, included administration offices, cafeteria, 700-seat auditorium, performing arts spaces, gymnasium, physical education spaces, four-story academic wings, and 300 parking spaces.
