Boston Medical Center – Moakley Addition
Coast and Harbor provided Clerk of the Work services as required by the City of Boston Building Code.
Project Highlights
The Boston Medical Center built $18 million addition to the Moakley Building consisting of three stories, a full basement, and a penthouse. The first floor is for epidemiology clinical space and the third floor houses endoscopy clinical space. The basement and the second floor are being reserved for future use.
